Upcycle 4 Better has teamed up with the fashion students of Taylor's University in Subang Jaya, to highlight the impact of importance of incorporating sustainability into fashion design. In March 2022, 20 students visited the Life Line Clothing Malaysia factory to pick out discarded materials to assimilate into their fashion show in July 2022, in collaboration with Barbie.
As well as creating their runway pieces, the students also designed upcycled collections to be part of the U4B range.

The opportunity to visit the factory and able to understand the process where raw materials collection gave our inspiration and motivation to make a change through their creativity."
